Completing an application usually takes about 15-20 minutes. If you need to stop at any time during this process, you can return later and access your application using your portal account email address and password. Please remember to save this information for future use.

If you are applying with other occupants, please use the Joint Leasing application type. If you are applying individually with or without a guarantor, please use the Individual Leasing application type.

If you have a guarantor or will have other occupants on your lease applying with you, please do not start separate applications. The primary applicant will be asked to add a guarantor and/or other occupants during this process.

If an occupant is under 18, other occupants and/or the guarantor must apply as the primary occupant and add the underage occupant as a minor.

Roommate matching service will be provided when applying for an INDIVIDUAL LEASING APPLICATION .
